 - Birdie Sponsorship - 4 players plus 1 T-Sign with company logo             

Eagle Sponsorship - 4 players plus 2 T-Signs 

1 T-Sign Sponsor - The signs will be printed on both sides, full color with your business logo. Please supply a high-resolution copy of your logo.  Family and friends who wish to support our efforts may have their names and a short message in place of a logo.  Sign size: 24"X18"

Includes cost of insurance policy.   Sponsor will have the exclusive rights to promote their business at the Hole in one location with tent, table and product.

 

​​​Hole Sponsor - Free

As a Hole Sponsor Partner your business will be given a location on the Tee Box of a selected hole. From this location you will be allowed to offer “sample size” portions food, refreshments, coupons and or, special offers to golfers as they come by. Anything you would like to promote your business. Table, chairs, and shade tent will be provided. There is no fee for this sponsorship. This is our way of helping our business community who have supported us. If you wish, you may purchase a Tee Sign to be used at your location. Tee Signs are $125. The design allows for your business logo and prints on both sides.

4 PERSON SCRAMBLE

Players tee off and best drive is selected. Play continues with all team members playing from that spot and continues until the hole is completed. The team records only one score. 

Award Presentation

Shortly following the tournament, the teams with the lowest score will be recognized and receive a gift award. All awards are donations from local restaurants, merchants, and businesses. With their support, we presented awards to seven teams last year. There will also be awards given for Men’s Longest Drive, Women’s Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and 4 Hole-in-One chances.

Handicap

Team handicaps determined on basis of 50% of average of the handicaps per team. Winners will be determined by deducting team handicap from score. Handicaps are requested to be submitted prior to check-in day. 

​

Please remember the required golf attire is a shirt with a collar and golf or athletic shoes. No blue jeans or metal spikes allowed on course. 

  • Play open to men and women

  • Entry deadline is limited to the first 120 players
